Forecourt Redevelopments
Our client portfolios include fuel forecourts, service stations, and roadside retail developments. These have been new construction, full or phased redevelopments, with sites requiring a consistent supply of high-quality shingle, concrete mixes and Type 1 aggregates. For redevelopments, these also called for efficient removal of construction and demolition waste across their programme of works.
Programme of works
MCM were responsible for:
- Scheduled deliveries of Type 1 MOT aggregates (for sub-bases)
- Supply of washed shingle (for drainage and surfacing)
- Provision of specified concrete mixes (for hardstanding)
- Removal and disposal of inert soils, concrete and construction waste
- Handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in compliance with environmental regulations
