Minimising manual checks for our customers, we introduced our MCM customer portal back in 2021. From your first order, you are invited to view your account online. Within the MCM portal, you can:
- Review scanned Proof of Delivery (POD) notes and copies
- View and reconcile invoices
- Check order status and delivery information
No more chasing tickets. No more requesting copies of invoices, statements or tracking down paperwork from delivery personnel. No more administrative hassle. The feedback from our customers has been very positive; a boost for productivity and a reduction in time and wasted efforts.
